Well, here are some of the answers:

•  ASP (Application Service Provider) model, if required - under this arrangement we will take care of everything: infrastructure, application, procedures, manuals.  This way you can focus on functionality without having to put additional infrastructure in place;

•  knowledge retention mechanism - we will work with your in-house "subject matter expert" and will develop the expertise to act in their capacity.  Whenever there is a need, we will be able to run and interpret audit tests, business intelligence reports, assist with change management. Thus, the required continuity arrangements will be present if key staff are not available;

•  up and running in less than 6 months - this will include identifying major systems and risks to mitigate, dataflows and business rules to check, implementation and user acceptance testing.  And, what's more, the cost will be less than the cost of an investigation study from a consulting firm.  When you think about it, a major project sometimes takes longer to set up

•  tested infrastructure in place - the base environment for our solution is set to go and ready to build on.  As a result, a significant amount of testing is already done and, as a result, the business problems are the main focus.
